Which is the best Melbourne cemetery?

Which is the best Melbourne cemetery? While the Melbourne General Cemetery is kinda my 'local', I'd have to say the best Melbourne cemetery is a toss up between Kew and Brighton. Kew's got the delightful Syme Monument - a copy of the 'Kiosk of Trajan' from the Temple of Isis at Philae in Egypt, as well as the extravagant Springthorpe funerary monument. Brighton, on the other hand, has got the cute Eastgate mausoluem, probably based on an ancient Egyptian Canopic shrine. Plus Brighton's got really nice springy grass, is well kept and nice to walk around. Kew's nice too, but if you want a picnic, go with Brighton.
