This is the Eastgate mausoleum in Brighton. Cute huh? What's the difference between a mausoleum and a vaut? A vault is underground. The word 'mausoleum' comes from the Tomb of Mausolos at Halicarnassos, on which the Melbourne 'Shrine of Rememberance' is based.
